To preserve the integrity and flow of our tasting menu experience, we are unable to accommodate personal likes or dislikes, and ingredient changes or swaps are not recommended.

Should you have any dietary requirements, allergies, or intolerances, please contact the chef prior to making a reservation at chef@jmvelvetknifeoban.co.uk or by phone on 07404836517 so we can advise whether accommodation is possible. Please be aware that while we will always do our best to work with allergies and dietary requirements, due to the nature and concept of our menu, only minor allergies may be considered.

Please also be aware that dining is seated at highchairs and may not be suitable for all guests. There are steps to maneuver before entering the building, which may make access difficult for guests with limited mobility. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guests under the age of 18, and pets are not permitted in our restaurant

As our tasting menu is carefully timed and served simultaneously for all guests, we kindly ask that you arrive promptly at your reservation time. Late arrivals may result in missed courses.

A non-refundable deposit of £25 per person is required to secure all reservations.
