Tasting Menu Policies and Terms

To maintain the integrity and flow of our tasting menu experience, we are unable to accommodate personal likes or dislikes, and ingredient changes or swaps are not recommended. If you have any dietary requirements, allergies, or intolerances, please reach out to the chef prior to making a reservation at chef@jmvelvetknifeoban.co.uk or by phone at 07404836517 so we can inform you whether accommodation is possible. Please note that while we strive to address dietary requirements and allergies, only minor allergies may be considered due to the nature and concept of our menu. 

Additionally, please be aware that dining is at highchairs and may not be suitable for all guests. There are steps to navigate before entering the building, which may pose challenges for guests with limited mobility. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 18, and pets are not allowed in our restaurant. 

As our tasting menu is carefully timed and served simultaneously for all guests, we kindly request that you adhere to our reservation policies and arrive promptly at your reservation time. Late arrivals may lead to missed courses. 

A non-refundable deposit of £25 per person is required to secure all reservations.
